Die Position
Als Teil unseres Teams im Bereich Order Management bist du als Ansprechpartner:in für unsere Kund:innen und Partner:innen verantwortlich. In einem agilen und interdisziplinären Umfeld arbeitest du eng mit verschiedenen Abteilungen zusammen, um eine erfolgreiche Auftragsabwicklung und das Vertragsmanagement für die gesamte LucaNet-Gruppe sicherzustellen.
Das erwartet dich
  • Verantwortlich für den reibungslosen Ablauf des Order-to-Cash Prozesses
  • Telefonischer und schriftlicher Support zu Verträgen, Lizenzmodellen und relevanten Themen
  • Rechnungsstellung für Produkte und Dienstleistungen
  • Bearbeitung von Reklamationen
  • Beteiligung an der Implementierung international einheitlicher Prozesse
  • Pflege und Dokumentation von Kunden- und Vertragsdaten in Salesforce
Das bringst du mit
  • Kaufmännische Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Ausbildung
  • Idealerweise erste Berufserfahrung in der Auftragsbearbeitung oder dem Vertriebsinnendienst
  • Gute Kenntnisse mit MS Office-Anwendungen und CRM-Systemen, idealerweise Salesforce
  • Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und hohes Level an Serviceorientierung
  • Organisationsfähigkeit, Motivation und offen für Weiterentwicklung
  • Teamorientiert, engagiert und zuverlässig
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

The Role
As part of our Order Management team, you will be the contact person for our customers and partners. In an agile and interdisciplinary environment, you will work closely with various departments to ensure a successful order processing and contract management for the entire LucaNet Group.
What you'll do
  • Responsible for ensuring a smooth order-to-cash process including invoicing 
  • Telephone and email support on contracts, licensing models and other relevant topics
  •  Processing of complaints and corrections
  •  Participation in the implementation of internationally standardized processes 
  •  Maintenance and documentation of customer and contract data in systems 
  • Documentation of processes order-to-cash process 
What you bring to the table
  • Apprenticeship in a commercial field or comparable training
  •  Professional experience in order processing
  •  Good knowledge of order management software 
  • Basic understanding of revenue recognition rules 
  • Good communication skills and a high level of customer service orientation
  •  Organizational skills, motivation, and openness to further development 
  • Team-oriented, committed, and reliable 
  • Very good knowledge of German and good knowledge of English
