• You are responsible for leading and motivating the sales development team to achieve the set goals. 
• You will develop strategies and tactics to improve and increase sales opportunities.
• You will implement processes and best practices for consistent and effective lead generation and qualification.
• You will identify market trends and regularly review and analyze sales data to improve the effectiveness of the sales process.
• You are responsible for analyzing data and reporting on the performance of your team and their progress.
• You will regularly create sales reports and presentations for our Senior Management to discuss progress and challenges.
• In particular, you maintain close collaboration with marketing, commercial and channel sales.
• You work remotely and/or at one of our locations in Germany. 

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field. 
• At least 5 years of experience in sales or sales development, ideally in the SaaS environment.
• Demonstrated track record of leading teams and achieving sales goals. 
• Experience in implementing sales development processes and strategies. 
• Experience with data analysis tools and reporting, ideally Salesforce. 
• Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively interact with various stakeholders. 
• High willingness to learn and the ability to quickly adapt to new technologies and methods. 
• Fluent in English. Good skills in Spanish, French, Dutch or German are a plus!.
