Die Position

Als (Senior) Consultant bei ementexx - a LucaNet Company bist du verantwortlich für die erfolgreiche Umsetzung unserer Banking Solution ennoxx.banking bei dem dir zugeordneten Kundenstamm in der DACH Region. Du spielst eine wichtige Rolle beim Onboarding von Neukund:innen sowie der Koordination von Anforderungen zwischen Kundschaft und dem ementexx Entwicklerteam, um sicherzustellen, dass unsere Lösungen den Bedürfnissen der Kund:innen entsprechen und reibungslos implementiert werden können.

Das erwartet dich

Onboarding von Neukund:innen auf unserere Banking-Lösungen inklusive der Einweisung und Schulung (remote als auch vor Ort)
Als Hauptansprechpartner:in für deinen Kundenstamm stellst du sicher, dass deren Anforderungen verstanden und umgesetzt werden
Identifizieren und bewerten von potenziellen Risiken im Implementierungsprozess und entwickeln von Strategien zur Minimierung der Risiken
Regelmäßige Berichterstellung über den Projektfortschritt, um interne, aber auch externe Stakeholder über sämtliche Prozessfortschritte auf dem Laufendem zu halten
Überwachung der Implementierungsqualität und Sicherstellung, dass die Lösung den erwarteten Standards und Kundenanforderungen entspricht
Du kannst in Deutschland remote arbeiten oder vorzugsweise in einem hybriden Ansatz an unserem Standort in Frankfurt am Main

Das bringst du mit

Nachweisbare Erfolge in B2B Implementierungsprojekten von Softwarelösungen, vorzugsweise im Bereich Banking oder Finanzdienstleistungen
Fundierte IT-Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Windows (Server), SQL-Server etc.
Idealerweise Erfahrung in Organisation von Implementierungsprojekten, inklusive Projektplanung, Budgetkontrolle und Ressourcenmanagement
Hervorragende zwischenmenschliche Fähigkeiten und die Fähigkeit, Kundenanforderungen zu verstehen und umzusetzen.
Die Fähigkeit, komplexe Probleme zu analysieren, Lösungen zu entwickeln und Risiken zu bewerten.
Reisebereitschaft im DACH-Raum, wenn notwendig
Ausgezeichnete mündliche und schriftliche Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch

The Role

As a (Senior) Consultant at ementexx - a LucaNet Company, you are responsible for the successful implementation of our Banking solution, ennoxx.banking, for assigned customers in the DACH region. You play a crucial role in onboarding new customers and coordinating requirements between customers and the ementexx development team to ensure our solutions meet customer needs and can be implemented smoothly.

What you'll do

Onboard new customers to our Banking solutions including remote or on-site training
As the main point of contact for your customers, ensure their requirements are understood and implemented
Identify and assess potential risks in the implementation process and develop strategies to minimize risks
Provide regular project progress reports to keep internal and external stakeholders informed
Monitor implementation quality and ensure the solution meets expected standards and customer requirements
You can work remotely in Germany, preferably in a hybrid manner at our Frankfurt am Main location

What you bring to the table

Demonstrated success in B2B implementation projects of software solutions, preferably in the Banking or Financial Services sector
Strong IT skills, including experience with Windows (Server), SQL Server, and more
Ideally experience in organizing implementation projects, including project planning, budget control, and resource management
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to understand and meet customer requirements
Strong problem-solving skills
Willingness to travel within the DACH region if necessary
Excellent oral and written communication skills in both German and English
