The Role
We are seeking a (Senior) Sales Operations Manager (all genders) to join our dynamic team and drive operational excellence across our sales organization. You will be responsible for designing and optimizing sales processes, implementing sales technology solutions, and providing strategic insights to enhance sales performance and efficiency. You will have a strong analytical mindset, deep understanding of SaaS sales dynamics, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives. Drawing on your experience, you'll play an important part within the Sales Operations team to establish an outstanding sales infrastructure and optimized processes. You'll actively spearhead and participate in sales and cross-functional projects, driving progress forward with a proactive approach and focused on effective execution to positively impact the growth of LucaNet.
