Die Position
Zur Verstärkung unserer vielfältigen Fachbereiche, suchen wir motivierte Kolleg:innen, die u.a. für die fachliche Implementierung, Beratung und das Set-up unserer LucaNet Software beim Kunden verantwortlich sind. Hierbei liegt der Fokus auf unserem Softwaremodul zum ESG Reporting.
Das erwartet dich
  • Du berätst unsere Kundschaft in allen Fragen rund um die Themen im Bereich ESG-Reporting in Verbindung mit unserer LucaNet Software
  • Du nimmst an verschiedenen Kundenprojekten teil und betreust unsere Bestandskundschaft
  • Du stimmst dich funktionsübergreifend mit wichtigen Stakeholdern ab, um die best practices unseres Beratungsansatzes mitzugestalten
  • Bringe dich in unser internationales Netzwerk von Partnerunternehmen und Mitarbeitenden ein, indem du unsere Implementierungspraxis weitergibst
  • Das Arbeiten auf Augenhöhe sowie ein vielversprechendes, internationales Arbeitsumfeld sind für uns selbstverständlich
Das bringst du mit
  • Du verfügst über einen Bachelorabschluss in Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Nachhaltigkeitsmanagement oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Du bringst idealerweise Erfahrungen im Bereich ESG mit oder hast großes Interesse dich hier einzubringen
  • Du arbeitest gerne in einem projektorientierten Umfeld und hast Kontakt zu C-Level Stakeholdern oder Mitarbeitenden im Finanzbereich
  • Du besitzt die Fähigkeit zu kritischem Denken, um unseren Kund:innen und dem Unternehmen kreative Lösungen anzubieten
  • Du bringst neben verhandlungssicheren Deutschkenntnissen auch fließende Englischkenntnisse mit

The Role
To strengthen our diverse specialist areas, we are looking for motivated colleagues who are responsible, among other things, for the technical implementation, consulting and set-up of our LucaNet software at the customer's site. The focus here is on our software module for ESG reporting.
What you'll do
  • You will advise our clients on all matters relating to ESG reporting in connection with our LucaNet software
  • You will carry out various customer projects and look after our existing customers
  • Coordinate cross-functionally with key stakeholders to help shape the best practice of our consulting approach
  • Contribute to our international network of partners and employees by sharing our implementation practice
  • Working at eye level and a promising, international working environment are a matter of course for us
What you bring to the table
  • You have a bachelor's degree in economics, sustainability management or a comparable qualification
  • You have significant work experience in the field of financial consolidation, financial reporting, auditing, or as a consultant
  • You are comfortable working in a project-oriented environment and interacting with senior level executives including CFOs, vice presidents and other senior financial staff
  • You possess critical thinking ability in order to offer creative financial solutions to the customer and the company
  • You have full professional working proficiency in German and English
