The Role
This is a unique opportunity for a driven sales personality at a reputable, German founded, international FinTech company, who is ready for take-off. As Business Development Representative (BDR) and as part of our Sales Team, you are one of our main drivers. We are looking for a highly energetic and passionate Business Development Representative to join our sales team and play a critical role in expanding our presence in the markets.

As a BDR, you will be responsible for prospecting, following up, and passing on qualified leads to our Account Executives, who will convert them into new customers. To be successful in this role, you should ideally have knowledge of lead generation and demonstrated experience in reaching goals and hitting key deliverables. You are extremely organized, curious, and eager to learn, and you have a positive attitude and fearlessness to hop on the phone with new people daily.
What you'll do
  • You will be both, a business developer and a brand ambassador to our soon-to-be customers. Your primary responsibility is to identify business opportunities through outbound prospecting, cold-calling, emailing, and social selling. Besides, you will also be qualifying inbound leads.
  • You build up and create relationships with stakeholders up to and including C-level executives to identify their potential needs and qualify their interests and viability to drive sales.
  • You are passing on solid leads through your high-velocity funnel, connecting them to a salesperson, and arranging in-person/virtual meetings, emails, or phone calls.
  • You will work closely with our sales executives to ensure the company's goals and targets.
  • You will work hybrid in our offices in Madrid, covering the Dach, Benelux or the French market.
What you bring to the table
  • You have already completed your studies and/or have gained experience in a fast working environment so you are now looking for a career start in sales, inside sales or sales development.
  • You are a real people person, persuasive, communicate confidently and exude trust and reliability. Still, you are equally good at listening to find out the needs of potential customers a step ahead of the prospect’s needs.
  • You are highly committed, responsive and target driven to sell our SaaS solution.
  • You are tech savvy and ready to understand our CPM platform to offer customers real added value.
  • You possess business fluent communication skills in any of these 3: German/Dutch/French. Only one of those and English is necessary. Any additional languages are a plus!

Como Business Development Representative (BDR) y como parte de nuestro equipo de ventas, serás uno de nuestros principales impulsores. Buscamos una persona con mucha energía y pasión para unirse a nuestro equipo de ventas y desempeñar un papel fundamental en la expansión de nuestra presencia en los mercados. Como BDR, seras responsable de la prospección, el seguimiento y la transmisión de clientes potenciales cualificados a nuestros ejecutivos de cuentas, que los convertirán en nuevos clientes. Para tener éxito en este puesto, lo ideal es que tengas conocimientos de generación de prospectos y experiencia demostrada en la consecución de objetivos y resultados clave. Lo que harás

  • Tu principal responsabilidad será identificar oportunidades de negocio a través de la prospección saliente, las llamadas en frío, el correo electrónico y la venta. Además, también calificarás a los clientes potenciales entrantes.
  • Establecerás y crearás relaciones con las partes interesadas, incluidos los ejecutivos de nivel alto, para identificar sus necesidades potenciales y calificar sus intereses y viabilidad para impulsar las ventas.
  • Pasarás prospectos sólidos a través de tu embudo de ventas, los conectarás con un vendedor y organizarás reuniones en persona/virtuales, correos electrónicos o llamadas telefónicas.
  • Trabajarás en estrecha colaboración con nuestros ejecutivos de ventas para garantizar los objetivos y metas de la empresa.
  • Trabajarás de forma remota en Espana, o híbrida en una de nuestras oficinas en Malaga.
Lo que aportas

  • Ya has completado tus estudios y/o has adquirido experiencia en un entorno de trabajo rápido, por lo que ahora estás buscando un comienzo profesional en ventas, ventas internas o desarrollo de ventas.
  • Tienes carisma y un don con la gente, eres persuasivo, te comunicas con seguridad e irradias confianza y fiabilidad. Sin embargo, se te da igual de bien escuchar, para averiguar las necesidades de los clientes potenciales un paso por delante de las necesidades del cliente potencial.
  • Eres una persona comprometida, receptiva y orientada a la venta de nuestra solución SaaS.
  • Eres experto en tecnología y estás preparado para entender nuestra plataforma CPM para ofrecer a los clientes un valor añadido real.
  • Dominio de los idiomas Frances, Aleman o Dutch e Ingles es fundamental
