Das erwartet dich
  • Als Expert:in für mindestens einen der Finance Teilbereiche (Konsolidierung, Reporting, Finanzplanung, ESG) kannst du schnell Verantwortung übernehmen und die Entwicklung unserer Leistungen mitgestalten.
  • Du beaufsichtigst und leitest vollumfänglich komplexe Kundenprojekte, koordinierst die notwendigen Teams und Berater:innen und nimmst eine wesentliche Rolle in den Kick-off-Meetings ein.
  • Du stehst sowohl unseren Kunden, Fachanwendern als auch unseren renommierten Partnern im Enablement sowie bei der Projektumsetzung mit deinem Expertenwissen zur Seite.
  • Dein fachliches, produktspezifisches Wissen wendest du bei der Konzeptionierung und Umsetzung von Aus- und Weiterbildungsmöglichkeiten sowie Trainings in Zusammenarbeit mit unserer LucaNet.Academy an.
  • Du bringst dich aktiv bei strategischen Themen im Bereich deiner fachlichen Expertise ein und stehst im engen Austausch mit unserem Product Team, um die kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung unserer Software voranzutreiben.
Das bringst du mit
  • Du verfügst über einen Bachelorabschluss in Finanzwesen, Rechnungswesen, Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
  • Du verfügst über umfangreiche Berufserfahrung in einem der Bereiche Finanzkonsolidierung, Reporting oder Finanzplanung.
  • Du hast bereits praktische Erfahrungen mit CPM-Softwarelösungen (z.B. LucaNet, OneStream, Hyperion, Tagetik etc.) sammeln können.
  • Du arbeitest gerne in einem projektorientierten Umfeld und hast Kontakt zu C-Level Stakeholdern oder leitenden Mitarbeitenden im Finanzbereich.
  • Du besitzt die Fähigkeit zu kritischem Denken, um den Kunden und dem Unternehmen kreative Finanzlösungen anzubieten.
  • Du bringst neben verhandlungssicheren Deutschkenntnissen auch fließende Englischkenntnisse mit.

What you'll do
  • As an expert for at least one of the areas (consolidation, reporting, financial planning, ESG), you can quickly take on responsibility and help shape the development of our services.
  • You will supervise and manage complex customer projects, coordinate the necessary teams and consultants and play a key role in kick-off meetings.
  • You support our customers, business users as well as our renowned partners in enablement and project implementation with your expert knowledge.
  • You will apply your technical, product-specific knowledge in the conception and implementation of training and further education opportunities as well as training courses in cooperation with our LucaNet.Academy.
  • You actively contribute to strategic topics in the area of your technical expertise and are in close contact with our product team in order to drive the continuous development of our software.
What you bring to the table
  • You have a bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics or a comparable qualification.
  • You have extensive professional experience in one of the areas of financial consolidation, reporting or financial planning.
  • You have already gained practical experience with CPM software solutions (e.g. LucaNet, OneStream, Hyperion, Tagetik etc.).
  • You like to work in a project-oriented environment and have contact with C-level stakeholders or senior finance staff.
  • You have the ability to think critically to provide creative financial solutions to clients and the business.
  • You are fluent in German and English.
