Die Position
Als weitere Verstärkung für unser Revenue Department wirst du als (Senior) Account Manager die Entwicklung und Pflege langfristiger Kundenbeziehungen mit Unternehmen unterschiedlicher Branchen und Größenordnungen übernehmen. Du wirst der Hauptansprechpartner für unsere Kunden sein und stellst somit sicher, dass sie die maximale Wertschöpfung aus unseren Produkten ziehen können. Damit sorgst du unter anderem für die Umsetzung unserer Kundenstrategie und ebenfalls für das Vorantreiben der Wachstumspläne für die LucaNet Gruppe.

Das erwartet dich
  • Du bearbeitest verschiedenste Anfragen unserer Kunden von Rechnungen und Preisanpassungen bis hin zur Lizenz-Erweiterung und Cloud-Migration.
  • Du betreibst aktive Ansprache von Bestandskunden zur Migration unseres neuen Preismodells.
  • Du bist zuständig für das Onboarding der Neukunden bezüglich Datenerfassung interner Systeme und Cloud-Bestellungen.
  • Du unterstützt die Account Executives beim Abschluss neuer Deals durch das Nachverfolgen offener Offerten.
  • Du bist verantwortlich für die CRM-Datenpflege.
  • Arbeiten auf Augenhöhe sowie ein vielversprechendes, internationales Arbeitsumfeld sind für uns selbstverständlich.
Das bringst du mit
  • Du hast dein Studium der Betriebswirtschaftslehre erfolgreich abgeschlossen oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
  • Du hast bereits einige Jahre Praxiserfahrung im Bereich Sales / Account Management gesammelt, idealerweise rund um SaaS-Lösungen im Bereich FPM/CPM.
  • Analytisches Denkvermögen und die Fähigkeit, Geschäftsprozesse zu verstehen und auf individuelle Kundenbedürfnisse anzuwenden.
  • Hohe Kundenorientierung und Fähigkeit, Kundenbeziehungen aufzubauen und langfristige Partnerschaften zu pflegen.
  • Teamplayer mit der Fähigkeit, effektiv mit internen und externen Stakeholdern zusammenzuarbeiten.
  • Verhandlungssichere Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch erlauben es dir, mit unseren internationalen Kunden, Partner und Kollegen sicher zu kommunizieren.

What you'll do
  • You will process a wide variety of inquiries from our customers, from invoices and price adjustments to license extensions and cloud migration.
  • You actively approach existing customers to migrate to our new price model.
  • You are responsible for onboarding new customers with regard to data collection from internal systems and cloud orders.
  • You support the Account Executive in closing new deals by tracking open offers.
  • You are responsible for CRM data maintenance.
  • Working at eye level and a promising, international working environment are a matter of course for us.
What you bring to the table
  • You have successfully completed your studies in business administration or a comparable qualification.
  • Ideally, you have already gained several years of practical experience in sales / account management.
  • You are characterized by a high level of software affinity.
  • You have a high level of service orientation and communication skills.
  • Business fluent language skills in German and English allow you to communicate confidently with our international customers, partners and colleagues. French would be a plus.
